He currently serves as Vice President of the China Academy of Finance, Second-level Professor, Distinguished Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is a recipient of the "New Century Outstanding Talents in Higher Education Institutions" award by the Ministry of Education and a "Shuguang Scholar" in Shanghai. His academic and professional affiliations include: Standing Director of the China Statistical Society, Standing Director of the China National Accounting Society, Vice President of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Research Branch of the China Society of Quantitative Economics, Vice President of the Shanghai Finance Society, Vice President of the Shanghai Statistical Society, and President of the International Financial Center Research Professional Committee of the Shanghai Finance Society. He has published numerous academic papers in academic journals and mainstream media. More than 30 of his policy advisory reports have been adopted by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of Education, and the National Office for Philosophy and Social Sciences; over 10 of his policy advisory reports have received instructions from state leaders at the national and vice-national levels.
