In recent years, he has trained more than 30 doctoral and master's students. Among them: 3 have won provincial and ministerial excellent graduates, 8 have won national scholarships, and the guided graduate students have won the Beijing University of Technology Science and Technology Innovation Award - Special Prize 4 times and First Prize 14 times. He has long-term academic cooperation with many universities in the UK, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong of China and other regions, and many students have obtained CSC national public-funded study abroad qualifications to carry out academic exchanges in the above regions.

He has presided over more than 10 research and application projects, including the Beijing Outstanding Youth Fund, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the high-level talent project of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission. He has published more than 100 SCI papers (including 1 cover paper, 4 ESI top 0.1% hot papers, and 6 ESI top 1% highly cited papers). He has been granted more than 20 national invention patents (2 of which have achieved成果转化), 2 international invention patents in the United States and other countries, 11 software copyrights, and 3 monographs. He has won 3 provincial and ministerial awards and 5 social force awards.
