Boya Distinguished Professor and doctoral supervisor of Peking University, recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Fund and the support of the Yangtze River Young Scholars Program of the Ministry of Education, and Zhiyuan Researcher at the Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence. He has long been engaged in research on key technologies of advanced semiconductor devices and integration, memory, and brain-inspired chip technologies. He has presided over a number of national-level projects, including the National Key R&D Program and key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation. He has published more than 100 academic papers in international conferences and journals such as IEDM and IEEE-EDL, and has obtained over 40 authorized Chinese patents and more than 10 US patents. He currently holds various social and academic positions, including Vice Chairman of the China Memory Industry Alliance, Expert Member of the Advisory Committee for the Second Phase of the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund, Standing Director of the Beijing Semiconductor Industry Association, Vice Chairman of the Beijing Superstring Memory Research Institute, and editorial board member of journals such as Science China, Acta Electronica Sinica, and Chip.
