Dongsheng Huang , Doctor of Engineering, Professor, National First-Class Registered Structural Engineer, Doctoral Supervisor. Research fields: strength theory of composite materials; modern bamboo and wood structures; seismic and vibration control of building structures. He has presided over more than 20 national and provincial-level scientific research projects (subjects), including 4 National Natural Science Foundation projects. A series of important achievements have been made in the fields of constitutive relations and nonlinear fracture theory of fiber composite materials, limit state analysis methods for basic components of engineered bamboo (wood), seismic and shock absorption technologies for building structures, etc. He has published more than 100 academic papers, among which more than 50 are included in SCI, and most of the rest are included in EI. He edited the ISO international standard "Engineered Bamboo - Structural Performance", 5 national and local standards, obtained 18 invention patents and 2 software copyrights. Engineering application field: he has presided over the design of more than 100 various building structures, including 3 super high-rise buildings. Relevant works include "Analysis and Design of Shear Wall Structures", "Industrialized Rural and Town Buildings" and "Building Structure Design", etc.
