Liu Wen is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Soil and Water Conservation, Beijing Forestry University, holding a Ph.D. in Soil and Water Conservation and Desertification Control from Beijing Forestry University. She currently serves as a lead instructor for core courses within the college and is a member of the Soil and Water Conservation Society of China, as well as a reviewer for several academic journals. Her research primarily focuses on vegetation restoration ecology, soil erosion mechanisms, and soil and water conservation engineering technology. She has presided over or participated in more than 10 national and provincial-level scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program, and the Beijing Natural Science Foundation. She has published over 20 papers in leading domestic and international academic journals and has contributed to the development of various industrial technical standards and textbooks. Having received honors such as the Beijing Forestry University Young Teachers' Teaching Competition Award and the Outstanding Supervisor award, she adheres to the teaching philosophy of "deep integration of theory and practice," dedicating herself to cultivating versatile soil and water conservation professionals equipped with solid research capabilities and practical engineering experience.
