Dr. Muhtar is a Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Jember Indonesia from 1997 until now. The doctoral degree was obtained in the Civil Engineering Doctoral Program with an interest in Structural Engineering at the University of Brawijaya Malang, Indonesia. Other experience is in the field of Consulting Services and Construction Services since graduating from Senior High School or Vocational High School.
