Dean, School of Culture and Media, and Professor & Doctoral Supervisor, Business School, Central University of Finance and Economics. Vice President of the Human Resources Branch of the Chinese Association of Labor Economics, and Vice President and Secretary-General of the Teaching and Practice Branch of the China Human Resources Development Research Association.

From 1996 to 2006, he successively earned his Bachelor of Economics from China Youth University of Political Studies, Master of Management and Doctor of Economics from Renmin University of China.

He has served as Head of the Department of Organization and Human Resource Management, Deputy General Manager (in charge) of Human Resources at a comprehensive securities company, and is currently Director of the Research Center for Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development.

His research focuses on strategic human resource management, employer branding, and employment relationship management. He has presided over more than ten research projects including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published over 20 papers in journals such as Journal of Vocational Behavior, authored monographs including Performance Management and Compensation Incentives (reprinted five times), and translated The Total Rewards Handbook and Compensation Management: A Guide to Compensation Strategy and Mechanism Design.

His flagship course Human Resource Management was selected as one of the first national first-class online undergraduate courses, with approximately 60,000 students enrolled. He was awarded the title of Beijing Famous Teacher in Higher Education.

His research achievements have been adopted by the Ministry of Finance. He designed the Team Leadership course for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, and has put forward the view that the employment market should avoid age-based discrimination.
