Yanzhen He, Ph.D. in Management, is an associate professor at the School of Management, Xiamen University. She serves as a director of the National Council for Human Resource Management, secretary-general of the Xiamen Women Talents Research Association, and standing director of the Xiamen Behavioral Science Society. She has systematically taught courses such as "Human Resource Management", "Performance Management", "Labor Laws and Regulations", "Principles of Management", "Human Resource Management Research", and "Personnel Quality Assessment" to undergraduates and postgraduates, which have been widely praised. She has successively been responsible for or participated as a key member in more than 10 research projects funded by social science funds, natural science funds, provincial and ministerial-level projects, and major horizontal projects. She has also presided over multiple management consulting projects for large and medium-sized enterprises. In recent years, she has published more than 40 papers, among which 6 have been reprinted by "Social Science Abstracts", "Renmin University Photocopy Materials" and other publications.
