Guangsheng Zhang is a Level 2 Professor at the Business School of Liaoning University, holding a Doctor of Management degree and serving as a doctoral supervisor. He is a national candidate for the National Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand Talents Project, a national young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions, an expert enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, an outstanding talent of the New Century from the Ministry of Education, an outstanding expert in Liaoning Province, a distinguished professor in Liaoning Province, a famous teaching master in Liaoning Province, the leader of the Innovation Team in Colleges and Universities of Liaoning Province, the leader of the Provincial Teaching Team in Liaoning Province, a leading talent in philosophy and social sciences under the "Xingliao Talents Program", a candidate at the Hundred Talents Level of the "Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand Talents Project" in Liaoning Province. He has been selected into the Outstanding Talents Support Program for Colleges and Universities in Liaoning Province, the "Four Batches" Talent Project of the Propaganda and Cultural System in Liaoning Province, and has been honored as one of the Top Ten Outstanding Youths in Shenyang and one of the Top Ten Science and Technology Talents in Shenyang.
