Zhihua Deng, male, was born in Luzhou, Sichuan Province. He graduated from Sichuan University in 2012 with a Doctor of Management degree. In 2017, he was promoted to professor and became a master's supervisor. His research direction is enterprise organization and human resource management, and he is committed to the research on theories and practical issues such as enterprise leadership, innovation and creativity, and positive organizational behavior. He concurrently serves as a communication review expert for National Natural Science Foundation projects, a thesis review expert for the Degree and Graduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education, a review expert for the Senior Evaluation Committee of Professional and Technical Positions in Higher Education in Guizhou Province, and an anonymous reviewer for several important journals such as *Economic Management*, *Science of Science and Management of S.& T.*, and *Foreign Economics & Management*. He is a member of the International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR) and was awarded the title of Guizhou Academic Pioneer. He has presided over 1 National Natural Science Foundation project and completed 4 provincial and ministerial projects including those from the Ministry of Education. He has published more than 50 papers as the first author in SCI, EI and CSSCI journals such as *Management Science*, *Economic Management*, *Forecasting*, *Science of Science and Management of S.& T.*, and *Design Engineering*, and has published 1 academic monograph. His research results have been fully reprinted by the Renmin University Copy Materials, and he has won 1 provincial and ministerial second prize and 1 departmental and bureau-level first prize.
