Jihua Lu, male, is an associate professor and master's supervisor in the Department of Organizational Management at the School of Business Administration, Northeastern University. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Material Management from Northeastern University in 1995, obtained a master's degree in Management Engineering from Northeastern University in 1997 and stayed there to teach, and received a doctoral degree in Management Science and Engineering from Northeastern University in 2004. His research fields focus on human resource management and project management. His teaching work covers multiple levels including undergraduate, postgraduate and MBA. He teaches undergraduate courses such as "Human Resource Management", "Project Management" and "Organizational Behavior", and postgraduate and MBA courses such as "Organizational Behavior", "Project Management" and "Project Planning and Control". He has won teaching honors such as the 2005 provincial excellent course for "Human Resource Development and Management" and the 2013 Excellent MBA Lecturer of Northeastern University. In terms of scientific research, he has presided over and participated in a number of vertical and horizontal projects. Vertical projects include 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 2 National "Tenth Five-Year Plan" projects, and 1 project of the Ministry of Commerce. Horizontal projects cover human resource planning and performance design cooperation projects with many enterprises such as Shandong Luneng Software Co., Ltd. and Netcom Shenyang Branch. He has abundant academic achievements, publishing many papers in core journals such as "Science of Science and Management of S.& T.", "Systems Engineering - Theory, Methodology and Applications" and "Journal of Northeastern University (Natural Science) ", among which 1 paper is included in EI. He has participated in compiling 6 works such as "Organizational Behavior" and "Corporate Human Resource Management and Development". He also serves as a director of the Liaoning Management Science Research Association and a member of the International Association for Chinese Management Research.
