Jian Zhang, female, graduated with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from the Department of Psychology, Beijing Normal University; she obtained a doctoral degree after graduating from the doctoral program of the Department of Psychology, Capital Normal University. In September 2003, she entered the postdoctoral research program at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, and at the same time joined the Department of Business Administration, School of Management, serving as a lecturer in the field of human resource management and organizational behavior. She once received funding from the China Scholarship Council to work as a visiting scholar in the Department of Clinical and Social Psychology at the University of Rochester in the United States. Since 2010, she has been a doctoral supervisor in the field of business management. From 2012 to 2024, she served as the director of the Department of Business Administration, School of Economics and Management. Currently, she is a council member of the Personality Psychology Branch of the Chinese Psychological Society and a council member of the Beijing Psychological Society; a peer review expert for the Management Science and Engineering discipline in the Department of Management Sciences, National Natural Science Foundation of China; and a review expert for the Humanities and Social Sciences Projects of the Ministry of Education. She once served as a specially appointed expert for the Human Resource Management major in the National Economic Professional and Technical Qualification Examination at the Examination Center of the former Ministry of Personnel and Social Security.
