Hualiang Ren, male, associate professor, master's supervisor, holds a doctoral degree in management from Nanjing University. He concurrently serves as Deputy Secretary-General of the Wuxi Human Resources Professional Committee of Jiangsu Human Resources Association and Secretary-General of the Wuxi Alumni Chamber of Commerce of Nanjing University. His main research directions include digital and intelligent human resource management, talent assessment, performance management, employee motivation, and organizational culture. He has received honors such as the National Scholarship for Doctoral Students from the Ministry of Education (2014), Jiangnan University's "Zhishan Young Scholar" Class B (2018-2019), the first prize of the "Far East Teaching Award" (2018), and the "Rong Zhiquan Teaching Award" (2019). He also won the second prize of Jiangnan University's Teaching Achievement Award (2017, ranked second), the third prize in the Young Teachers' Lecture Competition of the Business School (2016), and was awarded the instructor of the second prize in the Jiangsu Provincial College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (2016, ranked second) and Wuxi Excellent Entrepreneurship Counselor (2016). In recent years, he has presided over scientific research projects such as the 2023 Wuxi Enterprise Salary Survey, Wuxi Employment Index Research, and Wuxi Taxation Bureau Performance Management Optimization Project, and participated in projects including Wuxi Industrial Big Data Analysis (2023), Wuxi Education Bureau Internal Control System Construction (2021), and Wuxi 2020 Enterprise Salary Survey.
