Xinyan Zhao, female, is an associate professor, master's supervisor, and director of the Research Center for Digital Management and Digital Empowerment at the School of Economics and Management, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Her main research areas include organizational and human resource management, leadership, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial spirit, organizational development and personal growth, and digital management and empowerment. She holds bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in Management Science and Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. She is a national third-level psychological counselor and a GCDF (Global Career Development Facilitator). She has conducted visiting studies at Coventry University for one year and the University of Alberta for three months.She is passionate about education, with the mission of helping others grow through professionalism, and adheres to the concept of teaching and learning from each other. For a long time, she has taught courses such as Human Resource Management, Management/Advanced Management, Leadership/Leadership Studies, Entrepreneurship, and Career Planning to undergraduates, MBA, GEMBA, MPM, and MEM students, and has served as a designer and person in charge of multiple courses. She has guided more than 300 master's theses of various types, and her teaching performance and character as a teacher are widely praised by students.She has presided over and participated in multiple projects of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, the Ministry of Information Industry, the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has published dozens of Chinese and English articles and compiled and published 7 books and teaching materials. She has provided consulting and training services to China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, China Post, other central state-owned enterprises, many technology companies, and start-ups in fields such as strategic management, human resource management, organizational change, corporate culture construction, competency improvement, leadership enhancement, goal management, performance management, salary design, talent evaluation, talent selection, training system construction, action learning, career management, process optimization, and information empowerment.
