Jing Yan, female, is an associate professor, master's supervisor, and university-level outstanding faculty postdoctoral fellow at the School of Economics and Management. She teaches 15 courses, including "Human Resource Accounting" for undergraduates, "Human Resource Management" for MBA students, "Human Resource Management in Public Sectors" for MPA students, and "Performance Management" for international students. She is responsible for compiling and revising the training programs for undergraduates majoring in human resources and business administration, as well as for MBAstudents.In2015, she obtained her doctoral degree from the School of Management, Xi'an Jiaotong University through a combined undergraduate, master's, and doctoral program. In 2016, she entered the postdoctoral mobile station of the School of Computer Science and Technology, Xidian University. In 2017, she was funded by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) to study at the College of Business, University of Central Florida, USA. Her main research directions include organizational citizenship behavior, women's work-family balance, employees' psychological characteristics and behaviors, etc.She has published and publicly reported more than 10 papers at high-level international conferences such as INFORMS, AOM, IACMR, and CPS. She has published more than 20 papers in Class A journals of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, such as "Management Review", "Journal of Management Engineering", and "Journal of Management", and 1 paper in the SSCI journal "Social Behavior and Personality". She has presided over projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China project, the General Program of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the Shaanxi Provincial Postdoctoral Supporting Project, and the Basic Scientific Research Funds for Central Universities. She has also participated in more than 10 various projects including doctoral programs, National Natural Science Youth Fund projects, and university teaching reform projects.
