Shan Tingting, Ph.D. in Technical Economics and Management from Hohai University, is currently an associate professor and master's supervisor at the School of Management, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and also a special researcher at Nanjing Zhongnan Institute of Information Technology. She has long been committed to research in the fields of corporate financial performance, equity governance, and innovation and entrepreneurship management. She has presided over many national and provincial-level projects, such as the Youth Project of the National Social Science Fund, the Youth Fund of Humanities and Social Sciences Research of the Ministry of Education, and the Jiangsu Social Science Fund. She has published more than 20 papers in core journals such as SCI and CSSCI, and has published one academic monograph. In terms of teaching, she teaches several courses including "Financial Management (English)" and "Financial Accounting", presides over the construction of university-level online open courses, and has won many teaching awards, including the title of "Teaching Model" of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications and first prizes in many provincial and university-level teaching competitions.
