Elena Kirillovna Zavyalova is a Professor and Department Head in the Department of Organizational Behavior and Personnel Management at St. Petersburg State University. She holds a Doctor of Psychology (1998) from St. Petersburg State University, a Candidate of Sciences (Biology) from the Military Medical Academy (1980), and a Specialist Diploma in Psychology from St. Petersburg State University (1974).
